Here is an easy low cal recipe for elegant dinner
     1lb boneless skinless chicken breast
 Marinate in the following for 3-4 hours:     
     1/3 cup soy sauce
     2/3 cup pineapple juice
     1 tsp ground ginger
     1 tsp garlic powder
     1 tsp dry mustard
     
Remove chicken from marinate and broil until pinkness 
is gone from the inside.  Serve with a rice pilaf and 
a nice fresh green vegetable.
