  Subject:        Easy Spinach Lasagna

   UNR/UCLA (easy)  Spinach Lasagna
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese       1egg
10 oz  cooked chopped spinach (fresh best, but thawed frozen
stuff OK)
1 tsp oregano 1/8 tsp pepper
32 oz spaghetti sauce
1/2 pkg lasagna noodles,  uncooked (8oz)
1 cup H20
1 pound riccota cheese
In large bowl:  Mix riccota , 1 cup mozzarella cheese, egg,
spinach, salt, oregeno and pepper.
Greased 13 X 9 X 4 pan: layer 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, 1/3 of  
uncooked noodles, half of cheese mixtue.  Repeat.
Top: remaining noodles, sauce, and the reserved 1/2 cup
mozzarella cheeze.  Pour H2O (water, aqua) around edges; cover.
Bake: 35O degrees, 1 hour and 15 minutes.
