Here's another for Porcupine Meatballs:
1  pound ground beef
1/4 cup uncooked reular rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup minced onion
2     tbsp. minced parsley
1     tsp. salt
1/4  tsp. pepper
1      tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1      can (10 and 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
1  and 1/4 cups water
Mix together beef, rice, egg, onion,parsley and seasonings. Shape into
1 and 1/2" inch balls.  Brown in small amount of fat, if desired.  place in a
2 qt. casserole. Blend soup and water; pour over meat balls.  Cover and
bake at 350 degrees about one hour.  Makes 4 servings.
