Subj:  Crock Pot Italian Beef

Italian Beef:
1 12 oz. can of beer
Rump roast (I usually use 3 or 4 lbs)
1 - 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Pour beer into crock pot.  Add in seasonings, mix together.  Add roast.  Cook on low in
crock pot for at least 9 hours.  Remove roast & shred into beer mix.  Serve on kaiser
rolls.  This will serve 8 - 10 people.
