Homemade Yoghurt  (Yogurt Casero)

Ingredients:
   * 24 tablespoons of powdered milk
   * 8 cups of boiling water
   * 3 tablespoons of unflavored yoghurt
Procedure:
1. Mix the powdered milk and boiling water.
2. Heat the milk to a temperature that just barely lets you put your finger
in without burning yourself.
3. Put the yogurt/milk mixture where it will remain warm (possibly just
above the pilot light on a gas stove). Let sit for 8 hours. Refrigerate.
4. To flavor, you might add fruit, nuts or honey.
