Breaded Fish  (Milanesa de Pescado)

Ingredients:
   * 6 fish filets (preferably red snapper or bass)
   * 1 egg
   * bread crumbs
   * oil
   * salt and pepper
Procedure:
1. Wash the fish in cold water and dry them with a towel adding salt and
pepper.
2. Whip the egg.
3. Bread the fish, dipping it first in the whipped egg and then wrapping it
in bread crumbs.
4. One at a time, fry the fish in oil. Serve warm with a green salad, or
serve cold with a mayonaise sauce.
